This pack is now a compulsory requirement when you instruct us to place your property on the open market for sale. Under the current Government legislation it has to have been ordered before marketing can commence.

Part of the HIP pack is the Domestic Energy Report which is required to be included on all property details. With our own in-house Domestic Energy Assessors standing by, producing instant certificates, this part of the HIP can be readily implemented ensuring that your property is on the market as quickly as possible.

Although this legal requirement has to be paid for, it can be deducted from your sale proceeds and it should be remembered that if you are purchasing another property that the HIP will be provided and paid for by that owner saving you some costs on your conveyancing purchase fees.
