Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs)
The Certificate is accompanied by a recommendation report which must be made available to all prospective buyers. A graph similar to the example below is attached to your property details showing the energy efficiency rating and the environmental impact (CO2) rating. Our in-house domestic energy assessors (DEAs) are able to carry out this survey for you thus insuring your property is marketed without delay.
